He emphasized that the development of relations between Russia and India will not come at the expense of China's interests, and there is no interference from either side. Lin Jian stated that China, Russia, and India are all emerging economies. Lin Jian pointed out that at present, the situation along the China-India border is generally stable, and channels for communication between the two sides are open.
