According to Reuters, Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi said in a video released by Iran's state media on the 21st that interactions with Iran's supreme leader, Ali Khamenei, are increasing.
In the past few months, people have been speculating about the health condition of Muqtada al-Sadr. Since the outbreak of the US-Iran war and the death of Muqtada al-Sadr’s father, Iran’s former supreme leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, in an air raid, Muqtada al-Sadr has not made any public appearances.
According to reports, Pesezhiyan said in a video on the 21st: "Our interactions with our revered Supreme Leader are increasing, and they should continue to increase, so that we can solve problems under his guidance."
According to Iran's semi-official media outlet, Tasnim News Agency, Pezeshjiyan said that his communication channels with Moqtada al-Madani are now 'more open', and all government actions are based on the directives of the Supreme Leader. Under the leadership of Moqtada al-Madani, Iran's policies will continue to be implemented.
Iranian Foreign Minister Alagarzae recently stated that he has not yet met with the new supreme leader Mujtaba, and "only a very few people have seen him."
Someone close to the core circle revealed to Reuters that Muqtaba suffered serious injuries to her face and legs during the US-Iran attacks on Iran on February 28. An Iranian health ministry official stated in May that Muqtaba was injured on the first day of the US-Iran war, but not seriously.
Earlier this month, several sources told Reuters that Mujeba has been reluctant to make public appearances or release audio/video content due to health and safety concerns.
