Iranian President Ahmadinejad Reports Supreme Leader Khameneis Good Health

According to Al Jazeera and RT, on August 10 local time, Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said that he had just met with the Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei, and that Khamenei is 'in good health'.

In an interview with Iran's national television station IRIB, Pesezhiyan made the above remarks.

He stated that during one of the recent seven-hour meetings, Mujebata continuously conveyed messages of ‘unity and cohesion’.

Pezhezhian said that the meeting was “very good”, and listed some of the most important issues such as civil welfare, employment, and housing. He also added, “We also discussed the problems caused by sanctions.”

Regarding Mujjetapa's physical condition, Pezéshizhay said: "As far as health is concerned, he is completely healthy." He further stated that someone who can sit and discuss complex issues for seven to eight hours straight was "impossible to have any health problems".

According to the Iranian Tasnim News Agency, on the 10th, Mujeba issued a decree appointing six senior commanders. Among them, Ali Abdullahi was appointed as the Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces, and Kiyomars Hediari was appointed as the Deputy Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces.

On the 9th, Tasnim News Agency reported that Pezeshiri met with Iran's supreme leader, Majid al-Takieh, on the occasion of the third year of his presidency. The two held a conversation.

Last week, several Israeli media sources quoted Iran opposition newspaper IranWire as saying that Mujtaba is in critical condition and has been rushed to the hospital. Sources claimed that "there are rumors among the highest levels of the Iranian government that he (Mujtaba) is in a life-threatening state and could die at any time," and that "we wouldn’t be surprised if we learn of his martyrdom soon."

However, the above statement has not been confirmed by Iranian officials.

Iranian President Ahmadinejad Reports Supreme Leader Khameneis Good Health

Last month, Iran released a new photo of its supreme leader, Muqtada al-Sadr.

For several months prior, there had been speculation about the health condition of Majid Tabbak. Since the outbreak of the US-Iran War and the death of Majid Tabbak’s father, the former Supreme Leader of Iran, Khomeini, in an air raid, Majid Tabbak has not made any public appearances.

It is worth mentioning that Mujtaba also did not attend his father Mahmoud Ahmadinejad's funeral.

Sources close to the core circle revealed that Mujtaaba suffered severe injuries to her face and legs during the US-Iran attacks on Iran on February 28. An Iranian health ministry official stated in May that Mujtaaba was injured on the first day of the US-Iran war, but did not suffer serious injuries.
