Zelenskyy: Ukraine Can Outproduce Russia in High-Tech Weapon Manufacturing

On July 3 local time, Ukrainian President Zelenskyy stated that Ukraine's defense production level has reached a certain level. In the long term, Ukraine can manufacture more high-tech weapons than Russia.

According to the Ukrainian National News Agency, Zelenskyy held a meeting of the Supreme Command on that day, and after the meeting, he issued a statement on social media.

Zelenskyy said in his statement: "I held a meeting of the Supreme Command. An important achievement of our country and our weapons manufacturers is that Ukraine has the capability to produce high-tech weapons on a large scale. In the long term, this could surpass Russia."

According to him, during the meeting, he discussed with Ukrainian defense manufacturers regarding various types of drones, ground robot systems, missile programs, electronic warfare systems, and military equipment in Ukraine.

After the meeting, Zelenskyy also instructed the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Defense to strengthen cooperation with international partners in order to secure more funding for Ukraine's defense industry.

"I look forward to achieving concrete results with our partners and reaching an agreement," he stated, adding that investment in Ukrainian defense production is an investment in "forcing Russia towards peace." Partner countries of Ukraine should view this cooperation as a "shared achievement".
