At the invitation of Premier Li Keqiang of the State Council, Prime Minister Tariq Rahman of the People's Republic of Bangladesh will visit China from June 24 to 26.

Bloomberg previously reported that this will be Tariq’s first overseas trip since taking office in February this year.
Bangladeshi officials said that trade and infrastructure projects will be key topics discussed during Tariq's visit to China.
In February this year, elections were held for the National Assembly in Bangladesh, and the Bangladesh Nationalist Party led by Tariq won the election.
Tariq once told Xinhua that China has long been regarded as an important development partner by Bangladesh, and he hopes that the two countries will continue to cooperate and develop together in the future.
