According to the Ministry of National Defense’s website on October 26, from late October to early November, the armies of China and Indonesia will conduct a joint military counter-terrorism training called “Lishi-2026” in Guangdong. This joint training focuses on mountain combined counter-terrorism rescue operations, including training in mountain climbing, special vehicle driving, helicopter drop operations, close-range assault, and coordinated operations with both manned and unmanned units.
This is the third time that both sides have conducted this series of joint training exercises, which helps to continuously deepen the practical exchanges and cooperation between the two armies and enhance the joint operations capabilities of their troops.
