According to TASS reports, on the 10th local time, Serbian President Vucic stated that he plans to resign soon.
Vucic told Belgrade Radio, 'I plan to resign. I will inform everyone when the time is right, so that no one will be surprised. I have already started packing my books in the presidential palace, after all, I have a lot of books.'
Vucic said that he might resign within three or four months, or even earlier. He is thinking about running for the position of prime minister every day.
Vucic became the Prime Minister of Serbia on April 27, 2014. He was elected as President in April 2017 and took office at the end of May. He was re-elected in April 2022 and took office on May 31.
