Iran Calls US Actions in Iran Conflict Aggression

According to the Iranian Tasnim News Agency, on September 7 local time, in response to US Vice President Vance's statement denying that the US-Iran conflict is a 'war', Iran's Foreign Ministry spokesman Bagheer said that the US cannot use such words to hide the nature of its aggressive actions.

Bagae said, "Failure cannot be concealed by words, nor can the severity of crimes be hidden. Everyone has seen that the United States is imposing a war on the region and the world."

("U.S.) Unable to conceal its aggressive nature with these words," Bağaç added, "Even the U.S. media itself admits that this is an act of aggression; the U.S. must assume responsibility for it."

Previously, three days ago, Vance deliberately downplayed hostile actions, stating that he did not consider the current US-Iran conflict to be a “war,” and there were no actual exchanges of fire at the moment.

U.S. President Trump said on the 4th that the current U.S. strikes against Iran are 'intermittent, and many people don't consider it a war.'

Speaking of Vance's remarks, Trump said, "I can understand what he meant. I call it a military conflict, because it's a trivial matter to us. It's not something significant."
