According to Bloomberg's report on August 22nd, a financial disclosure document released that day shows that U.S. President Donald Trump conducted over 1,000 securities transactions in June this year. This included significant purchases of shares in Berkshire Hathaway Inc., Visa Inc., Mastercard Inc., and Cintas Corp.
The document published by the U.S. Federal Government Ethics Office shows that the total value of these transactions ranges from $78.1 million to $263.1 million. The document lists the value ranges for each transaction, not the exact amounts.
Among them, the largest transaction occurred on June 22th, when Trump sold shares of an exchange-traded fund (ETF) under Vanguard Group Inc., with values ranging from $5 million to $25 million.
Reports indicate that Trump conducted over 21,000 securities transactions in 2025, and these transactions often exhibited characteristics closely related to the market fluctuations he caused. In 2025, the total value of his transactions ranged from $600 million to $1.86 billion, and sometimes he would even buy and sell the same security on the same day.
The White House insists that since Trump's investments are managed independently, there is no "conflict of interest issue." Eric Trump, the second son of Trump and executive vice president of the Trump Organization, said that these assets are under the management of a blind trust.
