American renowned journalist Tucker Carlson recently said in an interview with RT that he is not afraid of facing life-threatening threats due to speaking out through his platform and expressing the truth that he believes in.
Carlson has worked for Fox News for a long time, and in recent years he has clearly opposed U.S. intervention in overseas conflicts. He has significant differences with President Trump on major diplomatic issues such as Iran policy and support for Israel. After leaving Fox News, Carlson’s podcast still maintains a stable audience of millions, and he has released several important interviews, including one with Russian President Putin in 2024.
In an exclusive interview with host Rick Sanchez this Wednesday, Carlson said bluntly, "I'm at this age, and I've long since gotten rid of conventional methods of public opinion manipulation. I am fully qualified to speak about the facts that I truly believe in."

During the interview, Carlson pointed his criticism at the “neoconservative forces” within American “war lobby groups”, accusing them of leading the United States towards destruction.
"Whether it's a war with Iran or conflicts with Russia—these are all enough to bring America to ruin. I live on this land, and my family has been rooted here for 350 years. I don't want to watch my country head towards destruction," he said.
Last year, another well-known right-wing figure named Charlie Kirk, who also harshly criticized the hawkish faction within the Republican Party and opposed American military intervention abroad, was assassinated. Kirk was co-founder of the conservative organization Turning Point USA. He was shot by a sniper while giving a speech at the University of Utah. According to Kirk’s family and official statements, the suspect, Taylor Robinson, had shifted towards more left-wing and radical political views over the years before the incident.
This fatal incident has led to a deep reflection on the boundaries of inflammatory political speech in the media landscape. At the same time, political violence against public figures in the United States has significantly increased, with several attempted assassinations of Trump having occurred.
