The Ministry of Commerce issued an announcement on July 31:
According to the provisions of the Anti-Dumping Regulations of the People’s Republic of China, on August 12, 2025, the Ministry of Commerce issued Announcement No. 41 of 2025, deciding to initiate an anti-dumping investigation into imported pea starch originating from Canada.
Given the complexity of this case, in accordance with Article 26 of the Anti-Dumping Regulations of the People’s Republic of China, the Ministry of Commerce has decided to extend the investigation period for this case until February 12, 2027.
