Russia Extends Visa-Free Entry Policy for Chinese Citizens Until December 31, 2027

According to Russian Satellite News Agency's report on the 20th, based on a presidential decree signed by Russian President Putin, Russia's visa-free entry policy for Chinese citizens will be extended until December 31, 2027.

On May 20 this year, Guo Jiakun, a spokesman for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, announced during a regular press conference that in order to continue facilitating the travel between China and Russia, the Chinese side has decided to extend the visa-free policy for Russians until December 31, 2027. Russian citizens with ordinary passports who come to China for business, tourism, visiting relatives or friends, or cultural exchanges can enter the country without a visa for a stay of no more than 30 days.

At that time, Russian President's press secretary Peskov stated that Russia would adopt reciprocal measures and extend the visa-free policy for Chinese citizens.
