According to TASS reports dated July 5th local time, Russian President's press secretary Peskov said in an interview with the Russian media website 'Vesti.ru' that Western aid to Kiev has turned special military operations into 'true warfare'.
War is underway, this is a real war. Peskov pointed out that it initially was just a special military operation, "It became a war because Germany, France, the Netherlands, Norway and unfortunately also the United States were on Ukraine's side."
Peskov explained that the Ukrainian army is using Western satellites to assist in aiming, and also utilizing Western infrastructure to direct foreign weapons towards Russian targets.
According to RT, on July 4, Russian President Putin held a telephone conversation with U.S. President Trump. During the conversation, Putin described the real situation in the areas where special military operations were carried out, while Trump expressed his willingness to contribute to ending the conflict as soon as possible.
