According to information on the Ministry of Commerce website on June 22, in accordance with laws and regulations such as the 'Export Control Law of the People's Republic of China' and the 'Regulations on Export Control of Dual-Use Items of the People's Republic of China', in order to safeguard national security and interests and fulfill international obligations related to anti-proliferation, it has been decided to list 10 American entities including Aevox on the export control list (see attachment). The following measures will be taken:
1. Prohibitions on export operators from exporting dual-use items to the aforementioned 10 entities. It is prohibited for any organization or individual in any country or region to transfer or provide dual-use items originating from China to the aforementioned entities. Any related export activities that are currently underway must be immediately stopped.
II. In special circumstances where export is indeed necessary, the exporter shall submit an application to the Ministry of Commerce.
This announcement comes into effect on the date of publication.
