South Korea Cuts All Communication with North Korea

South Korean President Li Jae-myung stated on the 19th that all communication channels between South Korea and North Korea have been cut off.

Lee Jae-myung said at a press conference held by the G7 summit at the Blue House in South Korea, as well as during his visits to several European countries, that the emergency hotline and communication lines between South Korea and North Korea have been cut off. The bridges and roads along the military demarcation line between the two sides have also been blocked, and there are occasional minor conflicts between the two sides, indicating a not-so-positive situation.

Lee Jae-ming said that despite the current South Korean government's policy of leniency towards North Korea, hostile feelings still exist. Criticism and confrontational remarks are widespread, and this situation is likely to continue for a considerable period of time in the future.
