Irans Khamenei Vows Expansion in Response to US Actions

On November 4th, Iran's supreme leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, issued a statement emphasizing that America's hostility towards Iran would not change despite internal party leadership changes. He also warned that if the United States launched another attack, Iran's countermeasures would expand significantly.

On that day, Mujetta issued a statement to commemorate Iran's 'Day of Opposition to Global Arrogance', recalling the long-standing hostile relations between the United States and Iran.

Mujetta said: “If anyone still has even a glimmer of hope that the hegemonic system will change its behavior, or that internal party and factional changes will occur, or if they imagine that making concessions to the United States can stop Iran’s hostility towards the Iranian people, then they are completely wrong.”

He emphasized that the United States hopes for Iran's ‘unconditional surrender’. Even the slightest indication of submission towards this ‘hegemon enemy’ would only lead to more reckless demands and new wars being initiated by Iran.

Regarding the previous military conflicts between the US and Iran, Mujtaba stated that Iran's control over the Hormuz Strait and the destruction of US military bases in the region are responses to US military aggression, and also part of Iran's opposition to US hegemonic actions.

He warned that, "If such acts of infringement occur again, the scope of this struggle will be greatly expanded."

Mujetta also said that the United States’ military hard power and international soft power are undergoing irreversible decline, and its hegemony is also declining more rapidly and thoroughly. “They think that that day is far away, but we believe it is already very close.”

Earlier this year, the United States and Israel launched military attacks against Iran. At that time, Iran’s supreme leader, Ali Khamenei, was killed, and Majid Qotb was also injured in the attack. Since then, Qotb has not made any public appearances.

Before Mujtaba's statement, the results of the U.S. midterm elections were basically announced, and the Republican Party suffered a major defeat. Several American media outlets confirmed that the Democratic Party has gained control of both the Senate and the House of Representatives.
