On September 30th, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Zakharova congratulated the Chinese people in a press conference, using Chinese to say "Happy National Day".
On October 2nd, China and Russia will mark the 77th anniversary of their diplomatic relations. Zhahrova also used Russian to congratulate on the 77th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Russia.
