Mukherjee said that the content of this letter covers many aspects and is quite long, consisting of 25 pages. It includes interpretations and criticism of American domestic and foreign policies. He hopes that this letter will ‘serve as a testament to the awakening of America’s younger generation.’
Mukherjee said that the United States has a superior geopolitical position, with its vast military spending and 800 military bases. “Isn’t this meant to enable large industrial companies to grow? Isn’t it intended to produce and consume weapons, so that the wealthy can make huge profits?”
He said that Iran’s armed forces have an annual budget that is only 1% of that of the US military, but Iran has won in its confrontation with the US military. “We hope that the American people will read this letter and understand the truth behind these failures.”
When talking about the state of the U.S. economy, Mubeni said, "The United States is one of the countries with the most fertile land in the world. It has abundant water resources, various types of energy, and valuable minerals. The U.S. also invests a lot of money to attract elites from around the world. With these resources, the U.S. could easily become a very wealthy country. But our problem now is that a country with such rich natural resources could become wealthy without having to invade other countries. Why do 39 million people live below the poverty line? Why do millions of people be without homes? The American people should seriously consider this question."
"I heard a U.S. resident say that if someone gets into an accident on the street, he may not even have money to pay for emergency medical services. This shows that the rulers of this wealthy country didn't consider their people at all, and their priority is making profits." Mukheb said.
