On September 24 local time, in Chennai, India, a 69-year-old man slipped at the train station and became trapped between the moving train and the platform. The situation was critical.
According to reports, the man slipped while trying to board the train and fell into the gap between the train and the platform. As the train moved, he was dragged for about 50 meters.
A passenger tried to pull him in response, but failed.
Then another officer also stepped forward to provide assistance. At this point, the train came to a stop, and the man was able to get out of danger. He suffered an injury to his left leg, but his life was not in danger.
According to the Indian Times, the man returned home after receiving treatment on an ambulance.
