In his new position, his work focuses on iterating multiple systems and simultaneously promoting the digital transformation of core military processes. The Ukrainian Ministry of Defense states that the department is currently integrating various digital tools into a unified ecosystem.

According to reports, 35-year-old Leva received military training at the National Air Force University in Kharkov, Ukraine. Before the outbreak of the Russia-Ukraine conflict, Leva and his twin brother served as hosts and writers for the comedy show “Mamahokhatala”.
After the escalation of the Russo-Ukrainian conflict, Leva joined the Ukrainian armed forces. Initially, she served with her twin brother in Poltava. Later, both joined the 47th Mechanized Brigade of Ukraine.
After that, he joined the IT team of the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense, where he worked for about two years. During this time, he participated in the development of the “Army+” application and the “Impulse” digital system for military information management. He also served as the leader of several project teams.
He also served in the General Intelligence Directorate of the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense.
According to reports, Levay’s twin brother currently serves as the Deputy Minister for Digital Affairs at the Ukrainian Ministry of Infrastructure and Transportation.
According to reports by the Ukrainian National News Agency, last month, the Supreme Rada of Ukraine voted to appoint Yevgeny Hmara as the Minister of Defense. In the parliamentary vote on the 19th, Hmara received 312 votes in favor, with 2 members voting against him, and 20 members abstaining.
