Boris Johnson Condemns Belfast Riots

According to the BBC, in response to the violent riots that occurred in Belfast, the capital of Northern Ireland, British Prime Minister Sturmer condemned the actions on October 10 as 'shocking and completely unacceptable'.

Stammer said, “The incident that occurred in Belfast last night was shocking and completely unacceptable. The violence and chaos we witnessed threatened our community, and such behavior has no justification. Those who incite violence online or anywhere else are equally unforgivable. Clearly, someone was targeted because of their background last night, and I will not tolerate such behavior. The perpetrators will be punished by law.”

According to a report by the British newspaper The Guardian earlier on June 10, on the evening of the 8th local time, a 30-year-old Sudanese immigrant knelt down a local man in his 40s and stabbed him multiple times in the head and neck. The scene was extremely bloody, and witnesses described it as 'like a horror movie'.

A large number of protesters held demonstrations, some set fire to houses and cars. The protest turned into violent incidents. After the attacks, Stamos also posted a message on X platform on the 9th local time, condemning the related actions, calling them 'repulsive'.
