September 7th, "World of Statistics" announced the "Country/Region with the Most Serial Killers".
Data shows that the number of serial killers in the United States ranks first in the world, with 3,803 individuals. This number is more than three times the total number in the other nine countries/regions.

England ranks second, with 188 serial killers; Russia is third, with 172; Australia is fourth, with 153.
Japan has the fifth highest number of serial killers in the world, and ranks first in Asia.
Public information indicates that a serial killer is defined as someone who murders at least three victims for some unusual motive.
According to the report, this data comes from the joint project by Radford University in the United States and Florida Gulf Coast University, titled ‘2026 Serial Killer Statistical Report’. The report records serial killers since 1900. It also indicates that this data is highly dependent on the level of judicial information disclosure and case archiving in different countries, and does not directly reflect the current crime rates per capita in various nations.
