Lavrov said in an interview with a Russian online program: “There are no technical secrets between our country and China. This also demonstrates the equality and mutual benefit of our comprehensive strategic partnership. We are two neighboring world powers.”
When asked about Russia possibly becoming China's "little brother," Lavrov emphasized that Russia and China will never form such a relationship.
Lavrov explained, 'Indeed, China is a leading country in the world, producing high-tech products and developing robotics technology. Now, China has produced advanced spacecraft that can be used multiple times and land on land. China has achieved many accomplishments. However, our country's scientific research is not lagging behind either. We complement each other. This is the biggest difference between our relationship with 'little brothers'.'
