According to reports from the Lebanese National News Agency (NNA), Israel has been continuously attacking four towns in southern Lebanon over the past few days.

The Lebanese Ministry of Health reported that as of June 1st, the number of casualties in the attack on the town of Marouanieye has risen to six. Among the victims are one woman and two children. Additionally, four people were injured, including another woman and a child.
The Lebanese Civil Defense Department stated that search and rescue personnel worked overnight until early morning of the next day. They managed to extract six bodies from the destroyed residential building in the town of Marouanieye. Three injured people were rescued and taken to hospitals for treatment. The Civil Defense team said that despite the harsh conditions at the scene, the search and rescue efforts continued.

Additionally, the Lebanese Ministry of Health stated that on June 1st, following an attack on buildings surrounding Jabal Amil Hospital in the southern city of Tyre, preliminary casualty figures indicate that four people have died and 127 people have been injured.
Of these, 39 were medical and administrative staff members of the hospital, including 4 doctors, 27 nurses, and 8 administrative personnel. This air raid caused extensive damage to several departments, parking lots, and surrounding buildings in the hospital. Relevant authorities are still continuing to investigate all aspects of the damage and casualties.
According to the United Nations News Network, Dr. Abubakar, the World Health Organizations representative in Lebanon, emphasized the need to stop attacks against medical institutions. He noted that Jabal Amil Hospital is one of the few remaining functioning medical facilities in southern Lebanon. The attack has further strained local medical resources.
According to data released by Lebanese authorities, between March 2nd and June 2nd, a total of 3,468 people died and 10,577 people were injured in Lebanon.
