Thus far, 133 countries have paid their full contributions to the United Nations membership fee for this year.

Diyaric pointed out that as the second-largest contributor to the United Nations regular budget, China's full payment of its contributions is crucial for alleviating the current liquidity crisis faced by the United Nations. He emphasized that the United Nations is under significant financial pressure, and all member states, including other major contributors, should fulfill their financial obligations by paying contributions in full, on time, and without conditions.
The amount of contributions that each Member State of the United Nations should pay each year is determined by the United Nations General Assembly based on the principle of capacity to pay. China is the second-largest contributor to the regular budget of the United Nations.
