Oz Mocks Trump Supporters as Disapproval Ratings Surge

According to reports from Fox News and the British newspaper The Independent, on June 2 local time, Mehmet Oz, the director of the US Health Insurance and Medicaid Services Administration and a former heart surgeon, appeared at a White House press briefing. He not only explained the reasons behind President Trumps frequent medical examinations, but also labeled Americans who oppose Trump and his policies as stupid.

According to reports, a journalist asked, Since the presidents physical condition is excellent, why does he still need to undergo repeated medical examinations? Oz explained that Trump enjoys seeing these positive results. His physical condition is indeed excellent; each daily examination result is perfect. I truly believe that out of curiosity, he wants to ensure that everything is progressing in the right direction.

He added that the outside world often overlooks one characteristic of Trumphis ability to be very meticulous in many aspects. Trump pays close attention to physical examination results and carefully monitors his own health status. This approach is similar to the way he calls staff late at night to handle matters. Whenever he has concerns, he makes sure to get everything taken care of properly.

When asked whether he could offer any advice to Americans who suffer from the paranoid syndrome of blindly opposing Trumps madness, Ozz said that he felt concerned about those who devote their entire lives to supporting the president. He expressed disappointment at seeing people fall into such paranoid states.

He continued, But to be honest, its really difficult to treat stupidity.

Reports indicate that Ozs mocking remarks were directed at a large portion of American voters, as reflected in various polls.

According to a recent poll conducted by the American polling agency Gallup, Trumps disapproval rating has risen to 63%. This figure is comparable to the low levels reached by former President Nixon during the Watergate scandal crisis.

Trumps performance in these polls is not an isolated phenomenon. RealClearPolitics compiled poll data from various sources, including The Wall Street Journal, Fox News, Reuters/IPWS, and The New York Times. Analysis shows that Trumps average level of disapproval has reached 58.3%. This figure is not only higher than the peak of 57.9% during his first term in office, but it also approaches the high point of negative public opinion after the Capitol Hill incident on January 6, 2021.

Its worth mentioning that on Tuesday last week (May 26th), Trump underwent an annual medical examination at the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. The medical report submitted by Dr. Sean Barbavera indicated that Trump was in very good cognitive and physical condition, and that he was fully capable of fulfilling his presidential duties.

According to the report, Trump weighs 238 pounds (approximately 107.95 kilograms). He has gained 14 pounds (approximately 6.35 kilograms) compared to his previous health check-up. The report also states that the swelling in Trumps legs has decreased, and his condition is better than last year. Additionally, he is taking medication to treat high cholesterol levels.
