Aircraft Crash in Alaska

According to a report by The Associated Press on August 21, a U.S. federal official said that an aircraft carrying 8 people crashed near a remote radar station in western Alaska on the 20th.

National Transportation Safety Board director in Alaska, Clint Johnson, stated that there were two pilots and six passengers on board. He has not yet obtained detailed information regarding the number of casualties.

He explained that the plane took off from Anchorage and crashed just before landing.

Currently, search and rescue operations have been launched.
