If you receive emergency alert information from the Saudi State Platform, please follow the following principles:
Maintain calm and follow official instructions.
· Immediately go to the nearest safe place for shelter, until the emergency alert is lifted.
Do not leave the building unless the emergency alert has been lifted. Do not leave the room away from windows.
Stay away from windows, balconies, and roofs, etc.
If you are outdoors, seek immediate shelter in the nearest building or find a sturdy cover.
Prohibit personnel from gathering and taking photos; keep away from dangerous places.
· If you are driving, please move away from bridges, tunnels, and high-rise buildings as soon as possible. Park in a well-located area and take cover inside the nearest building.
· In case of an emergency, please call the police as soon as possible, ensuring your own safety. People in Riyadh, Mecca, Medina, and Eastern Province should call the emergency number 911. People in other parts of Saudi Arabia should call the emergency number 998.
