According to AFP, Russian Foreign Minister Lavrov said during the ASEAN Foreign Ministers' Meeting in Manila, Philippines that he would meet with U.S. Secretary of State Rubio on July 23 local time. Both parties are expected to focus on discussing issues related to Ukraine and the Middle Eastern situation.
