According to AFP report on July 20th, the Apollo Gallery of the Louvre, which was robbed, will reopen to the public on local time on the 22nd. At that time, no jewelry exhibits will be displayed in this gallery.
The director of the Louvre Museum, Christophe Leribote, said that all the valuable exhibits that were displayed previously have been removed. "For the jewelry that was not stolen, we will create a safe room in another part of the museum, a warehouse without windows. This is a large-scale construction project, and we must find a suitable location and raise the necessary funds."

A source added that French Culture Minister Catherine Picard will be present at the ceremony celebrating the reopening of the Apollo Gallery.
In October last year, a group of robbers disguised as construction workers infiltrated the Apollo Gallery of the Louvre Museum.
