Thiels China Hysteria Claims on Popes AI Encyclical

Not only is the American political circle fond of using China as a topic of discussion, but even the American business community has become obsessed with the "China hysteria".

According to a report by CNN on July 3rd, billionaire tech investor Peter Thiel made absurd statements at the Aspen Ideas Festival. He accused Pope Leo XIV of calling for stronger regulation of artificial intelligence, stating that this was equivalent to 'working for the Chinese.'

Til was one of the earliest investors in Silicon Valley who supported President Trump, and he also helped launch the career of Vice President Wants.

In May this year, Pope Leo XIV stated in his first encyclical, “Magnifica Humanitas,” that artificial intelligence “must be disarmed,” and called for increased regulation by the international community.

Till believes that since the Pope's appeal may affect some Americans, this encyclical will actually slow down the development of either side in the 'AI race between China and the US'.

Next, he started acting crazy. Tiel claimed that this meant Leo XIV was “working on behalf of the Chinese”.

The Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman has repeatedly emphasized that artificial intelligence is a common asset of humanity, and it should not lead to the creation of new 'gaps in development'. In order to maintain their hegemony, the US is also introducing distinctions and ranking systems in the field of artificial intelligence, with the ultimate goal of depriving developing countries, including China, of the right to technological progress and development.
