"Maybe I should invite Barack Obama, Joe Biden, and the Bush family—or even Mr. Bush himself. Maybe I should invite them to watch a football game together. Would that be a good story? The media would go crazy about it."
American Vice President Usher Vance replied, "A gathering of presidents? That must be very interesting!"
Trump made the aforementioned invitation during the program "Reading Time with First Lady" broadcast on July 3rd local time. In the program, he also read a book published by the White House History Association, which describes the interests and hobbies of various U.S. presidents, titled "President’s Play!", and gave comments about several former U.S. presidents.

Trump, after seeing the pictures in the book of Clinton building a track and running during his time at the White House, said, "That's nice. I only found out recently that he did build a track at the White House."
He also gave a rare positive assessment of this former U.S. president, saying, "I may never do that kind of thing. I don't think I would do it. I have no idea. But he is actually a good person. I really like Bill Clinton, and that remains the case to this day."
The American Fox News channel also mentioned that Clinton and several other Americans, including former President Bush and Biden who were invited by Trump to watch the game at the White House, attended the opening ceremony of the Obama Center last month. However, those who have always criticized Obama—such as Trump—were not invited to attend.
While continuing to read the book, Trump also joked about other former U.S. presidents, including William Howard Taft. The book showed pictures of Taft playing baseball. Trump said, "He was a very large person, really big. He loved baseball and watching games. He liked hot dogs and baseball."
Trump added, “He is the most important president in America. I have to be careful, because I don’t want to break his record. If we let things go unchecked, such things could happen.”
