On July 3rd, Robin Nobligate, Dean of the New College at Oxford University, stated at the 14th World Peace Forum that Brazil and European countries indeed need to work with China on issues related to climate change.
"Without China's investment, whether in technology or market investment, we have no way of responding to climate change." Nibblett said.
